Poor service

I received pathetic service after purchasing baby' goodies worth of R2000 and the cashier informed me that since I had bought that much I would get a baby bag.Only to get a call today I cannot get it because I had registered the card after purchase that was the t and c's which was never explained to me and i have been wasting my time everyday trying to load my points.I was then told to buy again something worth R1000 to get the bag.Who does that in this world after I had done a purchase which was said worth of a baby bag.Am very disappointed.
