Poor Service

We booked a slot for a covid test on the 2nd and we got a date for the 3rd between 9:00AM and 10:00. We queue at the sunninghill dischem and when we got in, we were told they cannot help us, we move right along. Later today dischem has the nerve to send us this “ we see that you have missed your COVID-19 test booking for today ( 03/12/2021 between 00:00 and 00:00 ) at SUNNINGHILL , please note that you can easliy rebook via https://bit.ly/3y0vdHe as visit VIS*** has now been cancelled. Dis-Chem Pharmacies”
