Poor service

I ordered my repeat script online for delivery for today. I got an sms around 1 to say the driver has collected it from Jabulani mall. Then another sms to say he's on his way. I texted him to find out what time he'll arrive. He tells me you guys had system issues and my medication was returned to the store. I don't know if dischem doesn't understand that the reason I set the delivery for today was because I need the medication today. This is unacceptable
