Poor service at Mafikeng branch

Dischem Mafikeng, I had the worse service 😫 ever. Hence I buy there but dont have the card. I can't associate myself with such. I was in the store on the 26/10/21. I got 2 items while I was looking for 24 units. I went to the customer service desk at 9:01 . I was ignored by a lady called kgomotso, she didn't have a name batch on but I heard when a Security called her several time to assist me. A merchandiser had to come but he couldn't help me as because he needed to check on the computer. At 9:12 Kgomotso came close to me but attend her friend as they were browsing for promotion. The merchandise went call another guy to help me. But I was so angry I left and bought the rest of the unit in potxhefstroom that's is 300km away. Mafikeng need correct this behaviour
