Poor service at DisChem Witbank

I recently visited DisChem in Witbank with a doctor's script for medication. After waiting a while in the queue, I was assisted by Ms Maryann Fourie, "pharmacist" as her badge proclaimed. She filled up my script which was also for a 6 month repeat. Then I asked her to please give me some medication for diarrhoea (not on script). She told me to go to the self med section. So I politely asked if she was not going to help me and if I was required to queue again? Her response was simply "yes". How very unsympathetic to someone who was not feeling well!!! As much as I wanted to cancel the medication she processed, I knew it already went through my medical aid. So I told her to return my script as I would get all future medication from a pharmacy that cares. Thanks for nothing DisChem! I will definitely not be using your pharmacy again.
