Poor service at Dischem Kuruman

This is the second incident where I receive very poor service from Dischem Kuruman. 15 August 2025, I was serviced by Kereeditse Motau. I purchased 3 items and she did not offer me a packet. When I requested for a packet, she remarked with an attitude "packet for this". I responded and said yes, I want a packet, you must offer me a packet do not assume I do not need it. She reply with an "Okay" still with a attitude. I must add, during this service encounter she continued to have a conversation with her colleague while servicing me. If this is the service standard at this particular Dischem, I must say, it is low and poor.
