Poor service at dischem baywest mall PE

I went to get prescription meds from Dischem Baywest on Thursday 4June 2020.They didn't have the antibiotics so they supposedly ordered it for me and told me that I would receive it the next day. It is now Sunday 7 June 2020 and I have not received my antibiotics. The worst thing is that they already claimed on my medical aid on the Thursday so I can't even go to another pharmacy. This is the worst thing as I need those meds.
