Poor service at Dis-Chem Zambezi Junction

Dis-Chem at the Zambezi Junction in Pretoria is the worst Dis-Chem I have ever been to. In fact I can say the the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to.

The DROP OFF and COLLECTION part of the dispensary you can very, very seldom get through on the landline *** in order to arrange collection of medication of a repeat prescription. Secondly they do not inform a person when you collect your last repeat and that the prescription will be expiring. You only find out when you want to collect the next repeat, only to be told the prescription has expired. Pharmacies like MediRite clearly mark the last repeat of the prescription with a bright RED sticker stating "LAST REPEAT" I am definitely going back to MEDIRITE in the Kolonnade Centre, Montana Park, Pretoria.
