Poor service at Dis-chem Pharmacy - Rosebank

I went to the Self- Medication counter yesterday, 23 July 2024 to ask for something to temporarily relieve discomfort that I was experiencing before I got to see the dentist next week. The woman at the counter was very unfriendly and just said she has nothing to offer, and I should see the dentist. I left the store and went directly to the pharmacy in Clicks and was immediately assisted and received an over- the-counter medication! Dis-chem should give this woman some training in client service. Seriously lacking!
