Poor service at Dis-Chem health

I joined a medical aid (so I was told that it’s a medical aid) last year. My mom got sick in Thohoyandou only to find that no doctor accepts that card. I called Dis-Chem health numerous times without any answer. I even wanted an ambulance and I called 7 times with no answer. I sent them an email with no reply. I decided to stop the debit order because I cannot keep paying for something I cannot use and I can’t get hod of anyone. Yesterday I got an sms that they will be deducting their money n I wonder how coz I stoped the debit. I’m waiting for them to take me to their lawyers and I’ll take them on with all my evidence.
