Poor service and **************.

I'm so shocked with how dischem waterfall mall in Rustenburg treat their customers, I was there today around 12:15 today (13/10/2021) to do a covid test. I went there with my wife and son but I'm the one who was going to do the test, there was no one at the reception to assist with info, then I took a form that was written covid test and I started to fill the form, while I was filling up the form I noticed there was two white ladies on the queue and one was accompanying the other one, then another black lady following them, I was number three on the queue, after I was done with the form waiting to be assisted the lady who works at dischem I think the name of the lady is Portia, came and said to me brother we only allow the person who is here for the test only, and your wife and child should wait outside the building up until you finish, I couldn't believe what I'm hearing because the two white ladies that I found there was accompanying each other....one was just taken by the sister to be assisted and the other one was waiting inside the shop, why wasn't she told to wait outside just like we were told, that thing made me to think that it is because I'm black and she was white that is why she was not told to wait outside, I ended up leaving without doing the test and went to another place that they treat client fairly. Dischem please watch your service, I already told my friends and family about this and they told me that dischem waterfall mall doesn't respect the black person, they have their own experiences about the company.
