Poor service and demand my money back order number 643638

I'm extremely disappointed with dischem online. I placed my order online the 19th March, goods only delivered 28th March. When they arrived only 3/4 of my goods were there. I followed up twice prior to arrival and not once was I informed I won't get all my stuff, today dischem has not called, emailed or made any contact with me. I'm out of pocket if R1337 as they still have not refunded my money. When you call customer care the automated machine sais our office hours are from 8.am to 4.30pm I call at 8.30am, 9am but the automated machine says the same thing. Left 2 messages to call me back and still nothing. I've never experienced anything as poor as this. I'm in an industry where we strive on service, dischem doesn't know the mean, the staff at seapoint branch takes messages when you call but nobody ever calls back. I am very ****ed off and demand my money. Order number 643638
