Poor service and attitude at Dis-Chem kimberley

My mom walked into Dis-Chem the other day to get her medicine like always. The service she received was so poor and rude full that she thought she did something wrong. It started with the merchandisers that laughed at her when she walked in and then the Cashiers that had poor customer service and poor attitude handled her like she was a dog or something. When she asked what is wrong that they are so rude to her they all just laughed at her like if she was a joke. This happened at Dis-Chem kimberley.
