Poor service

I ordered on the Dischem app and paid the delivery fee. I was notified of that the driver was on their way and I sent them a code to enter my complex. Afterwards the driver called and I told them I would the code again then I saw after some time they were not entering so I called and the driver was so rude saying they were taking me delivery back and I can fetch it myself so I called Dischem directly and I was told to hold. Afterwards they just hung up on me and the I tried to call back but no one answered.
