Poor Service

I placed an order online on the 27 June 2015 for which delivery takes 3-5 working days. I foned customer care on 01/07/15 and was told the person that handles online queries is not in. I left a message but did not get a call back. I foned on the next day and was told my delivery will be done the next day which was Friday the 03/07/15 but it did not happen. I am very disappointed I live 80km from the nearest Dischem that is why I purchased online.
