Poor Service

I started using the online shopping at Dischem about two weeks ago due to the lock down and the fact that I have a new baby and can't go out to buy some of his essentials.. I always opt for the click and collect service as opposed to the delivery as it's much quicker, they have your things ready for collection the next day. I'm disappointed to a that this past week I was let down by Dischem. I orded goods for my baby via click and collect and for some reason Dischem thought it okay to confirm the order not having stock and automatically selected delivery without my consent. It's been four days now and my baby doesn't have nappies. I had to make other means to buy them on top of the ones I already purchased online. I really cannot wait 7 days for a pack of nappies and small essentials.. Someone should have let me know before I wasted my time
