Poor service

I tel for my monthly medication from Dischem dispensary, Hartebee****rt. I got my doctor to mail an updated script to them on 12 Dec, 2025. I got the meds I required for Janu, 2026. When I tel in Feb for meds I was told they could not supply some of the Schedule 5 ones. It wasn`t on my profile. I sent a mail with my copy of meds. As I stay in rural area sometime tel signal is down. No reply, I sent a whats app msg-Yes updated my profile. How can a pharmacist who works with doctors scripts be like that!
