Poor service

i went to Dis-Chem on 11/02/20 at 17:50 to get my son medication, but pharmacist had no professionalism nor ethic to help customer, i told her that i need one cream for my son and prescription is loaded in your system which was loaded last time on 25/01/20 at Dis-Chem, but she asking me that which cream i need? i told her that i need cream for the trunk and i don't know what is the name, i told her that prescription is loaded in your system, but i was surprised by her action and ********* behavior she didnt wanted to even talk to me properly, then she told me that i must call someone at home and ask them which cream, so i told her that there is no one at home and according to my understanding you should know which cream! then she didnt wanted to talk at all, but i found prescription picture in my phone and showed to her but she didnt wanted to look at it, she just stood up from her chair and went to the back and brought me the cream, i am not even sure is it the right cream? Dis-Chem is very professional but some worker like her can bring their image down.
