Poor service

Called the call centre to enquire about the price of a vacine. I was transferred to the Raslouw brance in centurion. I posed my question to the person who answered and was told i need to be transferred to the clinic. The clinic then transferred me to the pharmacy. The guy who answered at the pharmacy told me i had to go to the clinic. I told him the clinic just transferred me and he ignored me and transferred the call without saying anything further. The clinic picked up and cut the call.
