Poor service!

I contacted dischem health insurance to get more information from them regarding their product and what exactly it offers. I specifically selected the option for new member. The lady in that department couldn't assist me and said that someone will phone me back the same day to assist me. Up until now nobody has contacted me with any information or to assist with my query. I won't put my health in your hands after such poor service.
