Poor service

I'm always ordering from dischem and this is the 2nd time I get called and told some of the items are out of stock..but if I go online I can see they still allow me to order the very same items that they say is out of stock. They don't try to make alternate arrangements like to give a raincheck or check if others stores have the item. They just say no stock and its not fair coz money gets taken out, the order gets confirmed and not we must wait for the refund and don't get the things we need.
