Poor service

I was at Dischem Secunda 21 May 2021 stand in a long queue at their self medication counter then wait again at the cashiers had a prescription was given the wrong medication22May2021 I returned the Minoxidil 2%was told the Dr made a mistake by writing 5 according to them it looked like an S they taught its small and mind you the 2%you buy it without prescription only the 5% needs prescription why was i not made aware of the error only today when i try to exchange was told they will not exchange medication but its not even medication its hair product and its not my fault their pharmacist was supposed to check and know that with 2%you don't need prescription and maybe get clarity of the 5or S imagine going back to Dr just to add % are you for real medical aid doesn't even cover this so can i get help
