Poor Service
<p>I use Dischem Norwood for my meds as they are near my home for the last 3 times Dischem Norwood has made mistakes on dispensing my meds. I sent them an email requesting to dispense my repeat script 2 months ago and instead of dispensing my script they gave me a script for an antibitic which was a once off use and not a repeat. I discovered this when I went in to collect the medicine. She then takes the antibiotic back and diepnses me while I am waiting there my script my meds but forgets to dispense the needles that need to come with them. I complained on email and i did not get a response other than to say you can come back to collect the problem has been fixed. no apology for inconveniencing me. Yesterday I get a new script from my doctor and go to the Dischem Norwood store. the que is too long so I decide to leave the script at the section called drop and shop and complete the drop and shop form with a note for delivery the lady says no problem but delivery will only take place tomorrow, i agree. I then come home to discovery that Dischem delivered the incorrect dosage for my meds, called them now and they say that when you drop a script of you supposed to get a receipt to which I respond I want a copy of your cctv script for that section it will show that I indeed handed a script to the *********** person behind the counter. to which a man called Martin comes on the telephone to say the same thing to which i respond in the same manner. He then says they dispensed off an old script I say if that is the case where is the other stuff that is on the old script. He then says he will call Dr. Narinsamy and fix the situation asking me for the doctors number. no apology for the error. This is poor service. I understand that Dischem is busy but surely care must be taken as we are dealing with peoples life here or are we so busy making money that we could care less that the wrong stuff or incorrect amount is dispensed. I would like Dischem Norwood to be taken to task regarding the errors they are making. </p>
