Poor service

Time and time again i hand in scripts - and when i need the meds i get told to bring the orginal - after i hand in the original when i collect the meds. So today i ask for my script dje to after i sent mail to make it clear what i want - still wrong meds jn packet and cant give me my original script to take to an other pharmacy- after last month they gave me a copy of original to go and get from an other pharmacy what they didnt had. So today it was the last time - i walk away after 45min in pharmacy what would have take me 5min to collect. And i still dont have my original script back.
