poor service

I went to Dischem 2 weeks ago to register for the baby bag as I am pregnant and heard from a friend that the Dischem bag is quite nice. The staff advised me that I need to first spend about R350/R400 before I can get it. We spent about R600 there and then upon which we were advised that it will take a couple of days to reflect and I will receive a sms or email. I have gone back to Dischem twice to inquire and they say I must keep waiting. I've made another purchase of R800 as well as I believe I was misguided that day regarding using your existing points and I see my points have still not updated from 2 weeks ago or I am very disappointed. My baby is due in 2 weeks. I have been a supporter of Dischem but I feel like going back to using Clicks as my provider of choice. I have contacted them but nothing has been done.
