Poor Service

At Dis Chem - Greenstone this morning, I popped in to get a Vibocil S spray. There was one person serving behind the counter and the cue was about ten people long. l asked an employee behind the counter doing nothing to please pass me a spray, but refused as she was not allowed to. I asked a couple more Dis Chem employees with the same answer. I also spoke to the manager who said I had to stand in the queue as they were not allowed to serve me by law. How ridiculous, this is not even a prescription medicine.
