Poor service ....

Vitality reward points do not work at dischem! Clients of Vitality pay for the service monthly but try to spend your rewards at Dischem and you will not be able to. The staff are not up to speed with this offering. I was told that I can only get a Dove lotion valued at R40 with the Dove personal care product. Meanwhile after speaking to Vitality I was informed that there actually is a whole list of products that you can choose from. I wanted a body wash which I received but I had to pay R20 for it and the actual reward came up to +/- R60. So in the end I had to pay R40 for a product that was supposed to be absolutely free. The relationship is between Dischem and Vitality but Dischem conveniently stepped aside and I was told that I needed to sort out the issue with Vitality. Funny how the rewards work perfectly at the other retailers...
