Poor service

Issues during my pregnancy with the Babybag. When my card was not activated and after shopping a couple of times, no points accumulated. I had to gather slips from the archives to prove that I have been shopping.

At my daughter's 6-month immunization, I was given a specific date and time due to the low availability of this specific injection. I took off work and was told that the injection is not available. I had to drive all the way from Kuilsriver to Somerset West to ensure its done as I cant get off work again for this reason. An old grumpy white lady assisted me. I dealt, cos it needed to be done.

I made an apptmt at 12:30 for her 9-month injection. I arrived at 12:45, due to work. And was told that she had a "personal dentist appointment". I understand work finishes at 12:30, but she felt that her personal appointment was more important. Very annoyed. I have joined Clicks ClubCard due to the continuous unprofessionalism at Dischem stores.
