Poor service

I am so frustrated with the dischem online service the last two months.

Ii have been ordering my items online for almost two years now and never has a problem. My items would always come within the 3 to 5 working days promised.

The last two months however I have had to wait for two weeks for my orders. Without as much as an explination or appology. When I contacted the store pe in cape road they told me that they are waiting for the wet wipes. This is crazy why is something listed as available online and then I have to wait for two weeks because the item is not in stock. 2 days ago I was told my order would arrive without the wet wipes but I am still waiting. I now have to make a special trip to buy formula for my toddler... we live in a small town so I have to make a special trip to the city. I do not recommend that anyone buy something from here unless you are willing to wait two weeks for youre stuff.
