Poor service

I placed an order online on 19th November for collection at Dischem N1 city. I went in store today to find out the status of the order as I was in the area. I was advised that the systems are down and they unable to track the order which i understand. I know that i was there too soon but i ateast expected some more effort from them.I unfortunately did not get the name of the 2 ladies at the information desk, but they were extremely unhelpful. I asked whether i will be able to change the order to delivery and they just sat there and stare at me i then repeated myself asking if they know whether i can change the order to delivery as i will not be able to collect it this week they just proceeded with what ever they were doing and i was left stranded..

I saw they have a book on their desk with clients details but they did not once offer to take my details or even ask for the order number. Im so disappointed and would like to cancel my order

I tried calling your 'customer care line' number just hangs up
