Poor Service

My Aunt in her 80's walked into an open drawer at the Dischem Table View Store, fell and required stitches. Whilst initially treated by their in house clinic they have washed their hands of her and she is having to incur costs at Intercare. I have spoken to the store manager Hilton who says they dont deal with issue, a third party does. Surely their clinics could help or are they afraid of litigation.
