poor service

On Saturday the 24th of October I went to The northgate branch of dis chemical to buy some items that were on promotion. When I got to the store I spoke to the salesman who pointed out the item I was looking for and showed me the promotional price on the shelf. When I got to the till the item didn'tgo through at the promo price, the cashier then went to the shelf and spoke to the salesman. About 5 minutes later she came back and called her supervisor. She was rude and didn't even greet me. She took the item to the manager and promptly returned and said it wasn't on promotion. I told her it was advertised on the shelf at a promotional price. I said that I would not leave till I had the item at the price on the shelf. She then left and the manager then joined her by the salesman at the shelf. It was about ten minutes later the supervisor came back and put through the promotional price. All this took about 15 to 20 minutes and not the manager or supervisor apologised for wasting my time. It is some of the worst service I have had from this branch. I buy all my bodybuilding suppliments monthly from this store. Not from the following month. Congratulations you have lost R24000+- /year
