Poor Security & Customer Service

I am a loyal Dis-Chem client and support them on a monthly basis. I had the most horrible experience at Dis- Chem East Rand Mall on Sunday 14 Nov 21, I did all my baby shopping for the day as I left the store the Security Guard grab my trolley out of my hand with all my shopping in it pushing it away from and with the worst attitude ever tells me I will not take the trolley. I am 38 weeks pregnant so does Dis - Chem and their security expect me to carry all my shopping bags by hand. I am disgusted in the way rhe security treats customers. It is time you realize that people like me ( the customer) is the reason why security guards and Dis- Chem employees can pull a monthly salary as we are the reason the store makes money.

I will never ever support Dis - Chem again and will rather go to the competition Clicks
