Poor quality product, extremely poor service

Purchased defective coffee cups. Dis-chem had no stock to replace them with, refused to give me discount. Upon speaking to "customer care" they told me someone would e-mail me and follow up on the issue and try to get me replacements, but that never happened. After trying to get through to "customer care" again, nobody answers the phone. Spoke to their head office, nobody was available to speak to me.
