Poor quality of dischem packets

I had purchased a bottle of mct oil..lifestyle foods from dischem chatsworth R160.Had just stepped out of the store and the dischem packet cut .I immediately took out the bottle and placed it into another packet and re entered the store with said cut packet and broken bottle with my receipt.Manager on duty Deseree was rude and hostile and refused to even look at the broken bottle and the packet.In this tough economic times we would appreciate a little empathy and customer service from a store that we support.The quality of dischem packets need to be relooked at urgently.Kibdly consider a reimbur*****t or replaced thank you..this could have been looked up on their camera
