Poor quality and bad management

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my 72 year old mother who was received such rude treatment from the manager Schalk Loots at Dis-chem cradlestone mall. My mother was given a pair of slippers for Mother’s Day, the slippers are tearing in the front. Schalk told my mom slippers are to be worn in the house and is not for walking far distances. Schalk my mother wasn’t born yesterday my friend! She knows when and how to wear her shoes. If you intend selling poor quality which cannot even last 10 days, then you need to review your quality control within your business. My mom isn’t even supposed to be driving due to a back injury, yet she was turned away by you failing to refund or replace the slippers. I would now like to know how Dis-chem intend rectifying the bad situation caused by a *********** manager? My mother cannot drive up and down at your disposal.
