POOR POOR SERVICE AT THE CLINIC

I went to visit the Dis-Chem client in Lynnwood Lane. Firstly the nurse was rude to me. When I entered the room, her friend or colleague also entered with me and they both stood there and looked at me as if I was crazy. . No professionalism and no respect for patients. I called the Dis-Chem customer service to complain about this nurse and I was told my matter has been escalated. A week later I have not received a call from anyone regarding this.

I would assume when you go into a consult room, you supposed to have privacy with the nurse so you can explain properly the reason you are there and when I got the courage to tell her why I was there, she **** to me and said I needed a prescription.

Very very disappointing service
