POOR PERFORMANCE

I have a friend who was tested on the 1st July and has not received her results. I Have personally gone to their FB page called the covid clinic on numerous occasions and all they is they have escalated the matter or they are awaiting feedback. Bull****. why is it taking so long. Its Day 18 today and still they have no plausible feedback to give.
