Poor online service and customer service!

I placed an online order on Monday 30/05/2023 and ordered the wrong items. I tried to cancel the order but because I already paid for it, it seems that it was going to be an ordeal to get it cancelled and my payment reversed. I made several phone calls to the Brooklyn on-line section as well as the "care line"with no success. I phoned the Brooklyn pharmacy this morning and was told that someone will phone me back before 9h30. I will never ever place any online order with Dischem in the future - lesson learned.
