Poor Online Customer Service

Dis-Chem's customer service (or lack there of) for online purchases is disappointing to say the least. I especially placed an online order with Dis-Chem to get 2 specific products, I even waited out their 7-10 working day delivery time in order to get these products. When I eventually received my order, the products they sent were wrong. I sent them an email to notify them, and got a reply saying it was being escalated to their sales team. I have sent 3 followup email and have not had a reply. This was 7 days ago.
