Poor Management Skills

Stephan Collins was transferred from Olympus to Hazel Den to manage the branch. Since his arrival, more than 8 employees were forced to resign as a result of his unprofessional attitude and management skills. He doesn't treat his other departmental Managers equally, he doesn't greet his staff, he threatens them now and then telling them that he get them fired. If your child gets sick , he denies people to stay away fom work for that little time to sort things out, he goes to an extend where he will tell you that you have to ask your partner to take your child to the doctor. His plan is to get rid of all staff members he had found at Hazel Den Branch in order to employ people he wants to control easily, this is where his absolute management skills are also been tested. He has tedency of asking for a list of Pregnant staff members telling them that head office requires such information but when he gets it, he uses it to make them suffer emotionally by threatening(loosing Jobs) them and also telling them they will not qulify for Maternity leave . Most of the staff members are now living in fear of loosing their valuble Jobs. He will eventually bring the company into disrepute.
