Poor management

Maybe my concern could be anonymously raised with regards to the lack of safety measures taken by our reputable pharmacisy Dischem. I was personally informed by their staff members that their CEO has instructed the managers not to have their staff wear masks whilst at the workplace. Their reason being that they do not wish to 'discriminate' against their customers. I fail to understand how such ******** decisions can be made and implemented by business owners to prevent the safety of their staff members. Especially in the midst of what we are currently facing with a 21 day lockdown. Are these staff members also not human? Do they not also need to be protected from this virus?
