Poor Drop off and collect and customer service at Dischem Montana (Kollonade)

Drop-off and collect service is poor. They cannot ensure that your meds are automatically ready, you need to remind them everytime to do it especially when you hand in a repeat prescription. What a poor system, why can't they just tick a block and make sure that my meds are always ready. This has been going on like this for more than 2 years and then the staff is not helpful at all, just send you to the long queue.
