Poor Dischem medical insurance

Medical insurance under Kaelo has a disappointing service. My mother is declined hospitalization with a life threatening condition. They are say colapse, shortness of breath and numbness is not life threatening. She than had to go back home. Scans are not covered in hospital I have to pay cash for everything. This is disgusting
