Poor Delivery service

I ordered my Chronic medication for delivery and was met with an abusive, arrogant and insolent delivery man. His intention was to "throw and go" and was unapproachable to answer queries with the delivery. I requested a contact no and had to bear the brunt of an arrogant and insolent deliveryman. I sent him back with the goods.
