Poor delivery service

Ebrahim who must arrange online diveries fails to do his job. My medicine was suppose to be delivered on Saturday, 01 October 2022. When we phned him that morning he said they left with the delivery 10 minutes ago which was a lie. My medication was only delivered on Monday, 03 October 2022 at 13:50. I had to cancel my appointments for Saturday, on Sunday we could not go to church, waiting for the delivery. This is very poor service. It has happened in the past also.
