Hi - An online order vide reference number 798511 has been unfulfilled and with zero status updates for the past 1 week with "NO" response on either the customer care channel or email requests. All going unanswered, pathetic customer service proposition from Dischem

Unsure why a business of dimensions of Dischem cannot manage their service proposition - with such a bad taste left from above experience
