Poor customer service from wellness clinic call centre!

Dis-chem's call centre for the baby clinic did not advise on the government stock after I had advised I previously went to Craddlestone, for government stock , the consultant could barely open her mouth. I was forced to pay R700 as I had already made the booking and my mom took my son unaware to ask for government stock. Really disappointed!
