Poor customer service - Dis-Chem Witbank

<p>For a while now we have been receiving less than desirable customer service at Dis-Chem Witbank. We understand that there is red tape regarding dispensing medicine, however the overall attitude of the staff has been far from inviting. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I went to the self service counter where I asked for Adco Sinal. The lady informed me that one needs a prescription now, which is odd considering most of the other pharmacies in Witbank provide it without a prescription. </p> <p> </p> <p>I told the very unhappy looking lady that if I went to ' MOMS' they would give Adco Sinal without a prescription; her response, bad mouthing another business, saying with an attitude, that one can get anything from MOMS. My response, "This is idiotic" and I left the other meds I wanted right there on a shelf. </p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is, not once was she welcoming in her approach and not once did she offer an alternative medicine or attempted to be of any help whatsoever. This particular lady had me upset before, for similar reasons. She should not be dealing with customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>For the record, there are a few other pharmacies in Witbank and one in particular will never ever let you leave without them assisting you in some or other way, hence the reason why all of my prescriptions have been moved over to them, </p> <p> </p> <p>Dis-Chem is great business, but it SERIOUSLY LACK that personal customer touch and the above mentioned lady in particular has the attributes of someone I will never employ myself. </p>
