Poor customer service

I ordered medication for my daughter from Dis-Chem Jabulani mall at 10:06 10 August 2024 and it only got delivered at 13:40 when the delivery time provided was 11:00-12:00 I called in and I was told that the drivers are a problem especially when the was a public holiday no accountability taken excuses only poor service from the online deliverD
